How long does shipping take?

Depending on delivery location, shipping can take between 4-6 business days.  Due to COVID-19, you may experience longer delivery times, depending on the carrier and address.  You can always track your order through the confirmation email received after your order is successfully sent out.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Here are the available shipping methods within the continental U.S.:

STANDARD (When you spend $100+): Free Shipping (4-6 Business Days)

STANDARD (When you spend less than $100): $10 (4-6 Business Days)

EXPEDITED ($25) (3 Business Days)

OVERNIGHT: ($45) (1 Business Day)

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but for international orders you may be responsible for import duties and taxes depending on the country in which you reside.  Please contact your customs office for additional information.  There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe and are unfortunately beyond our control.

 

What should I do if I think my package is lost?

If you believe your package may be lost, please email us right away with your order number and we will try our best to resolve everything for you.  Please note that Park & Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked "delivered" by the delivery service.

 

What´s your return and exchange policy

Our 30-day return window begins on the day the order was delivered.  Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces.

All returns must be:

- Unworn

- Have no signs of wear or damage

- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

 

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Park & Luxe will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Park & Luxe has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of parkandluxe.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.
