1. When will my jewelry ship?
Your jewelry should ship within 4 to 6 days, depending on your selected delivery location. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation number that allows you to track your item’s shipment.
2. How can I take care of my jewelry?
Our jewelry professionals recommend cleaning your jewelry with a polishing or buffing cloth. You can find a polishing cloth online or at your local jewelry shop.
Also, store your jewelry in a pouch when not wearing. Do not wear plated gold jewelry in water.
Real gold does not tarnish but it does pick up dirt so try to clean with a cloth periodically.
Polishing kits can also be used to treat naturally occurring tarnish or dullness that with time may appear on sterling silver or gold plated jewelry.
3. What is the return policy on this jewelry?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the piece must still be in the condition that it was received in, unworn, unused, and with its tags in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
